Easy access to beach, rooftop bar views, spacious rooms

The late checkout policy is confusing and poorly communicated!!! A lack of amenities like coffee-making facilities and the glass toilet cubicle feels cheap and disregards privacy!!! Pool size is laughable compared to typical hotel standards!!!

Great and varied breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Bus stops less than 100 meters from the hotel. There is a chic beach across the street!

All in all it was great value for money, considering prices in Playa de Palma. View was EXCEPTIONAL, breakfast was marvellous, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. It had marvellous and lovely location steps away from Magic.

The rooftop jacuzzi offered fine views, perfect for a relaxing evening.

The room had a very poor layout, with the shower inconveniently located next to the bed.

The reception and dining room staff were very pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The chefs obviously enjoyed their work. The room was clean and adequate but not fancy. This hotel was very good value and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is directly across from a good sandy beach and promenade. The clientel in this area and the hotel are mostly from Germany (it seemed like a visit to Spain and Germany at the same time). Also some British, Spanish and Italian visitors. We checked hotels nearby and they were more expensive.

More soundproofing of the rooms would be a good idea

The best part is that the hotel is just across the road from a beautiful beach. Also, there is a very good bus service right outside which will take you to Palma City & other destinations. The main entrance to the hotel is on side street which is pedestrianised & safe for children. Loads of tables & chairs in this area and on sea side outside hotel cafe. Lots of shops & restaurants in vicinity. Overall, a great location especially for a beach holiday. We had sea view room with huge terrace, it was wonderful.

Everything was very good but for the fact that I suffer arthritic pain in one hip & there were lots of stairs in hotel which had to be navigated to get to our room. This was just a little inconvenient.

Lekker rooftop views for sundowners, awesome brekkie spread with everything from fruits to pastries, just a hop across from the beach. The staff were super friendly.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Hispania. At breakfast omelettes, crepes, bacon and eggs were cooked for you as you wait as was the meat at your evening meal. Our room and balcony were to the front of the hotel with sea view and it was great to sit in the evening and watch the cruise ships going across the bay.

The restaurant is divided and if you do not get a seat in the main area you have to go up quite steep steps to the upper restaurant, which is lovely also, but if you are wearing high shoes it proves difficult to carry your meal up the steps.

Had a fantastic week soaking in the vibrant atmosphere! The food was delicious, especially the variety at breakfast, and the rooftop bar's views are fine. It did get noisy at night with party-goers nearby.

Our spacious room had a safe, a satellite television, and a writing table. The location of the hotel was marvellous, adjacent to supermarkets and shops.

I almost gave a good review, but really couldn't! Plus, it was too noisy with drunken tourists everywhere. I can't believe there was no complimentary drink for the inconvenience! I deserve better treatment than being just another guest at this hotel.

We were a group of six forty-something girls looking for a few days relaxation in the sunshine with the option to do some sight seeing and shopping in the capital and this certainly ticked all the boxes with a beachfront location and a great value for money hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very effcient and friendly and the food was delicious - plenty of choice on offer! As the trip organiser I was very relieved and delighted that I had made such a good choice in both the resort and the hotel.(based on my recollection of having stayed there some years ago as a teenger! ) this trip was a most welcome change from our usual city breaks and we are all agreed it won't be the last, in fact the grls are already making plans for a return visit with their respective partners!

I could not fault any aspect of our stay at the hotel hispania but it would have been nice to have had tea / coffee makng facilities in the rooms (we brought our own).

The food was very good they had a huge variety we ate their every night and is great value for money. The location is perfect just across from the beach.

We were the only English speaking people in the hotel, it was all German's. Receptionist didn't have much English either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you speak english, I would recommend Playa del Palma Hotel.
